Temples, Idols, and Tattoos

by Dan Kersten on June 24, 2025

After more than 19 hours on plane and a 36-hour layover in South Korea, our 360Go team of nine men arrived in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Our host missionaries, Kelly and Cyndi Robinette, have served in that country for more than 30 years. Over the next five days we worked with the Robinettes in school and home visits, church ministry, intercessory prayer, and plenty of play time with Khmer children.

Missionaries Kelly and Cyndi Robinette introduce Khmer Bible school students to the Khmer FireBible and how to use it for study and witnessing.

Robinette and our 360Go team pray a blessing over their families--that Jesus will become Lord in their homes.

What God has built in Cambodia through the Robinettes is moving, thrilling, and inspiring. It was incredible to meet so many former Buddhists who had come to faith in Christ and were serving in local churches—some of them had even lived as monks prior to meeting Jesus.

We quickly noticed how Light for the Lost funds assist the Robinettes daily. Hundreds of FireBibles and Global University evangelism materials are available in the Khmer language and in constant use. Thank you for investing in missionaries like the Robinettes through LFTL!
